A powerball is an innovative piece of gym equipment that helps improve hand, palm and shoulder strength. It is a necessary tool for all sports, where success depends on the strength of the wrist and the forearm, and is especially advised in the following sports:
  • climbing
  • golf
  • baseball
  • tennis
  • boxing
  • hockey
  • badminton
  • fishing
  • fencing
  • moto sports

Powerball is also very suitable for the rehabilitation of wrist joint affected by carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, and injuries of the wrist and forearm.

The ball has a small rotor inside which allows the ball to produce up to 12,000 rpm, while the centrifugal force in the ball can climb up to 15 kg of weight, which activates the deep muscles of the hands and palms. By increasing the speed of rotation you will ensure excellent strengthening of your fingers, palms, wrists, arms and shoulders.

Increase the strength of the wrist in a fun way.

The ball is suitable for both children and older.

CHARACTERISTICS:
  • Diameter: 7,5 cm
  • Material: plastic
  • Colour: blue-green
  • With speed counter
  • With cord for easier rotation start
  • Covered with a non-slip rubber that prevents the ball from slipping from the hand
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Place the ball in the palm so that the inner green part (rotor) looks outwards. Insert the red cord into the rotor opening so that it comes out on the other side (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) and then wrap around the rotor until only 7-8 cm of cord remain outside. Then pull the cord swiftly to put the ball into motion (Figure 3). Turn the palm downside and begin to rotate the ball in the wrist to increase the speed of the ball (Figure 4). You can also run the ball by slipping the rotor several times in succession with your fingertips of the other hand, thus creating a high enough speed to start the ball.
The goal is to keep the ball circulating at a constant speed. The magnet inside the ball causes an irregular magnetic field that ensures the exercise of the forearms, wrists and fingers.

SPEED METER: Press the ON / CLR button to activate the speed counter. Holding the button for more than 2 seconds, your record speed will be deleted. If the speed counter does not work, check the batteries and battery contact. Replace the battery with a hard and sharp object to lift the round counter. By pressing the FCN button you can choose which statistics you want to monitor on the screen. To see the total number of rotor rotations of each session, then select a circle symbol with a dot in the middle. The display is expressed in a 100 lap unit (eg. 8650 rotations will be displayed by number 86 on the display). If you want to monitor real-time speed, then select the blank circle symbol. The wavy arrow sign shows you the best RPM score (number of rotations per minute).

WARNINGS: Make sure that the ball does not fall on hard ground, as the rotor may get damaged. Do not touch the rotor when it is spinning at high speeds, as it can cause injury (burns). Children under 12 years of age can use the product under the supervision of the adult. Make sure the inner parts of the ball remain clean, and avoid any oil contamination. Keep dry and clean. Dust and damp may damage the product. People with heart problems should consult a doctor before use.
