Banana Protein Bread:
2 bananas
3 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup whey (vanilla, chocolate or banana)
2 tbsp coconut flour
tsp baking soda
handful of chopped hazelnut or walnuts
choped dark chocolate pieces
Mix in a blender and bake 40 min at 180 degrees (adjust time according to your oven). Cut when well cooled.
