  • The basic dose is 5 g (2 flat teaspoons). The measuring spoon is not included.
  • On training days, take 1 serving after training. Another serving may be used in the evening before bedtime. On non-training days, you may discontinue the use, or you can continue the protocol in the same way as on training days. WARNING: The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced nutrition. Keep out of reach of children! Once opened, store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and use within 4 months. The product is not intended for children and pregnant or nursing women. Store away from heat, freeze and humidity.
