Per 5g (1 tsp) - Creatine Monohydrate 5g.
The serving size is 1 teaspoon.
Creatine Loading Phase: For the first 5 days of use, take 1 serving 4 times daily with 250ml of fruit juice or your favourite protein drink.
Creatine Maintenance Phase: After 5 consecutive days of loading, take 1 serving 1 to 2 times daily with 250ml of fruit juice for a period of 3 weeks.
Stop the usage completely for 3 weeks before starting again with new cycle.
