• The serving size is 1 capsule.
• Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times per day. Morning: 1 capsule Afternoon (Optional): 1 capsule To assess your individual tolerance, start by taking only 1 capsule daily, first thing in the morning. Take with food. Never take more than 2 capsules daily. Take 1 capsule before exercise. Drink ten 250ml glasses of water daily. Total caffeine content for one capsule: 352,3 mg. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour period and do not take within 6 hours before bedtime. For occasional use only. RISK INFORMATION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas,, cocoa, guarana mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. Consul a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. At doses > 600 mg per day, caffeine may cause anxiety, tachycardia (rapid heart rate), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache. Store under normal storage conditions (dry, well-ventilated premises at 15-25°C).
