Each product in our online shop (with the exception of few items from Special offer) brings you a certain number of loyalty points which can be redeemed at your next purchase and can thus decrease the value of your purchase, or you can choose to collect them for a longer period of time. In the latter case, the points you earn with each purchase are adding up, and you can track and monitor them in the section "My Profile".
Example: With the purchase of the above product (Olimp Whey Protein Complex) you gain 36 loyalty points.
In the "My Profile" section under the LOYALTY POINTS tab, you can see the loyalty points you will gain with current purchase, in case you decide to complete it. You can also see the sum of all the loyalty points you have collected so far.
A look at your basket reveals the content of your basket, all the added products, their size, flavour or other characteristic, the number of items per product and the number of loyalty points that you will gain with this purchase. You can also see how much money you will save due to discount(s) and your shipping costs.
Payment with loyalty points
Before the submission of your order, the system will also ask you if you would like to use loyalty points for payment.
Submitting your order
You can reduce the purchase amount of each purchase by up to 50% of the total amount (shipping costs excluded), while the remaining points and points acquired with current purchase will be transferred and added to your customer account.
Loyalty points converted into the actual value in EUR are always deducted from the purchase amount that doesn't include the shipping costs.
In case of cancellation of the purchase, the loyalty points you planned to use return to your account, while those points that you would gain with current purchase, get deleted.
The value of 1 loyalty point is 1 cent, therefore 100 points = 1 EUR.
