Protein.si customers can always check in their user account their order status, purchase history and loyalty points status, and change their personal data, delivery address, password, etc.

How to submit an order

When you find the product you would like to purchase, select the quantity and click on the green button ADD TO BASKET to add the item to your virtual basket. If the product has different parameters that you have to select, like size, flavour, etc., you have to define also these parameters before adding the item to the basket. The system will kindly remind you with a message displayed in right upper corner, what is the value you should add to your basket in case you would like to receive free shipping. You can continue browsing to select additional products, or you can continue with the purchase by clicking on the green button COMPLETE PURCHASE.

1. BASKET

An insight into your basket will reveal its contents, the products selected with associated parameters, the number of loyalty points gathered with this purchase, the money saved, and the total amount for payment. If all is listed correctly, you can proceed to the next step.

2. USE PROMO CODE
On the right side you can find all promo codes that are currently active. By clicking on the desired one, the code will be show in the empty field on the left side. Use the code by clicking the OK button. With each online purchase, only one promo code can be used (combination of different promo codes is not possible). It is not necessary to use the code, you can freely proceed with your purchase process even without the use of promo code.

3. SELECT PROTEINI.SI FREE GIFT

Depending on the value of your order, the system offers you the option of choosing a free gift that you confirm by clicking on the yellow button SELECT. The selection of a free Proteini.si gift is not necessary, and you can continue with your purchase without selecting the gift.

4. TO GET FREE SHIPPING YOU ARE MISSING ONLY XY EUR

In this step, the system will propose products in a value that you still lack to receive free shipping. If you want to add the proposed product, click on the green button ADD TO BASKET. A new window will open with the description of the product, price, loyalty points you gain in case of the purchase and quantity. Click on the green button CONTINUE to proceed with purchase.
