• The serving size is 1 packet (8 tablets/capsules).
• Take one packet every day for 21 straight days. On training days, take it 30-45 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take it between meals. Cycle product for best results: three weeks on and one week off. Repeat as needed. The entire Energy Complex is contained in the single red capsule. Don t take it, if you already feel enough energy to exercise. WARNING: Contains caffeine (201 mg/packet). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
