Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Beta-alanine and niacin can cause a temporary flushing, tingling sensation of the skin. NOTE: Contains significant levels of beta-alanine and citrulline which can attract moisture and may clump during storage. This is normal and does not affect the potency of the product. TIP: Secure the lid firmly after each use. Leave desiccant packets inside the jar. Shake the jar gently before and after each use to help break up the clumping. Wait a few seconds after shaking, before opening the jar, to allow powder to settle.
Add 1/2 - 1 serving to 300 - 360 ml of cold water, shake 5 - 10 seconds. First time users: mix 1/4 - 1/2 serving in 240 ml of water to assess tolerance. For a sweeter drink, simply use less water. For less sweet, use more water.
