The serving size is 1 scoop (7,5 g). First time users: The serving size is 1/4 - 1/2 scoop.

Never exceed 2 servings per 24 hours. This product may not be appropriate for you. High caffeine content (330 mg/7,5 g). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. For use by healthy adults only, accustomed to and comfortable with high caffeine content products. Never exceed the suggested use. Use only as suggested at your sole risk. For occasional use only. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Beta-alanine and niacin can cause a temporary flushing, tingling sensation of the skin. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use: if you are taking lithium; if you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, renal/kidney disease; if you are attempting to increase physical activity; if you are taking any medication at all and especially if for cardiovascular diseases, erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners. Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction. Consumption with food supplements (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra), other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure, or with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. If hypersensitivity, chest pain or allergy occurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. This product is intended to be used to supplement the diet; not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are essential for good health. Consult a physician prior to using this product. Do not use if packaging has been tempered with. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children! NOTE: Contains significant levels of beta-alanine and citrulline which can attract moisture and may clump during storage. This is normal and does not affect the potency of the product. TIP: Secure the lid firmly after each use. Leave desiccant packets inside the jar. Shake the jar gently before and after each use to help break up the clumping. Wait a few seconds after shaking, before opening the jar, to allow powder to settle.
Add 1/2 - 1 serving to 300 - 360 ml of cold water, shake 5 - 10 seconds. First time users: mix 1/4 - 1/2 serving in 240 ml of water to assess tolerance. For a sweeter drink, simply use less water. For less sweet, use more water.
