  SHAKER
  The best to keep your protein at hand at all times. Add one serving to 100 ml water, milk or your favourite beverage and shake for 25-30 seconds.
• Take 1-3 portions daily with meals - upon awakening, after training and before sleep. WARNING: The recommended daily allowance should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children! Store in a dry and cool place. Heat and direct sunlight can damage the packaging.
  

  MIXER
  Add one serving to 100 ml water, milk or preferred beverage and add 3-4 ice cubes. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until the drink reaches desired consistency.
• Add 1 serving to 115 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.
