SHAKER
The best to keep your protein at hand at all times. Add single (double) serving to 200-250 ml (400-500 ml) water, milk or your favourite beverage and shake for 25-30 seconds.
your protein demand will vary depending on your physical goals, so adjust your protein intake accordingly. As part of a mass building programme: Take one serving 30-45 minutes before workouts and a second double serving immediately after. On non-training days/rest days, take a double serving on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast and a second serving in-between lunch and dinner. For endurance sport: Take one serving immediately after training, and on rest days, take one serving first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. VERY IMPORTANT: Remember to drink at least 2 litres of water throughout each day. Please consult your physician first. Do not use if you are pregnant / lactating or under the age of 18. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reaction. For best results an appropriate muscle gain diet and high intensity training programme should be followed. High levels of free-form amino acids and creatine may result in gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals - reduce dosage. MIXER
Add single (double) serving to 200-250 ml (400-500 ml) water, milk or preferred beverage and add 3-4 ice cubes. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until the drink reaches desired consistency.
Mix a single serving into 200-250 ml or double serving into 400-500 ml of cold water. Shake or mix in a blender for at least 30 seconds. Note that some of the added ingredients may leave a slight texture.
STACKED SHAKE
By adding fresh or frozen fruits, peanut butter, coconut oil or other nutritional ingredients and supplements, you can easily upgrade your shake into a versatile and nutritious meal.
