• The serving size is 2 capsules.
• Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily. WARNING: For adults only. Consult a physician prior to using this product if you are pregnant/nursing, taking medication [especially anti-depressants such as serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs)], or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) or more. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced nutrition.
