Eva has prepared a great recipe for delicious BBQ chicken wings, which can be a great suggestion for today's lunch.Ingredients (for 5 people):
SAUCE
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons barbecue spice mixture
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 100g BBQ sauce
(The sauce is a great addition to dishes because it is low in fat, carbohydrates and calories and at the same time, tastes great!)
Procedure:
- For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and rub in well. Cover the bowl and marinate for at least 4 hours.
- During winter, you can use grill pan or oven heated to 180°C instead of real barbecue. Once heated, place the marinated wings on the barbecue and grill them for 45 minutes.
For the side dish, I made some baked potatoes and lots of vegetables!
