- 750g of low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 80g chocolate drops from dark chocolate
- grated rind of a bio lemon
- 3 scoops of Lemon Cheesecake flavored protein powder
1. Preheat the ventilation oven to 170 ° C.
2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, grated shell and protein powder well. Finally, add the chocolate drops.
3. Line a baking tray (diameter: 18 cm) with baking paper and pour the batter into it.
4. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
5. If the cheesecake is baked, check by piercing the mass with a wooden stick by touching the baking tray with the tip of the stick. If the stick is dry, it is baked. If the mass of the oven sticks to it for some time.
6. Wait for the cheesecake to cool and then slice it.
