Smoothies from baked bananas

Simple and healthy advice for a morning "quick" and healthy meal. It can also be a great healthy morning snack. In the morning, prepare a drink in a few minutes, pour it into your favorite bottle and take it on the road or to work.

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes

Cooking time: a few minutes

Quantity: 2 glasses



Add all the ingredients to the mixer and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Melt sugar in a pan.

Add sliced bananas and cinnamon. Roast to caramelize, then set aside. Heat the milk well.
