Suspension training straps are the perfect tool to strengthen the muscles of the whole body. Suspension training is gaining in popularity, as it is very varied and effective. We perform exercises with our own body weight only, strengthening several muscle groups at the same time.
The straps can be attached over the door by using door anchor or to the wall/ceiling (to a stud in the ceiling/wall).
Suspension training straps are very practical exercising tool – they are lightweight, portable and allow you to perform more than 300 different exercises with your own weight. You can use them practically anywhere - indoors (at home, in the gym, studio) or outdoors (in the garden, playground, park, forest ...), you can also bring them with you when going on vacation or on a business trip so you don't need to skip your training.
Regardless of your physical fitness, you can always progress with these straps and improve your strength, as they allow you to adjust (increase) the difficulty of the workout by moving your body position farther from the anchor point (ie, the closer to the anchor point during exercise performance, the easier the exercise, and vice versa).

- Suspension Anchor Carabiner - allows you to hang your straps off bars, poles, hooks - pretty much anything you find that will take your weight. It allows for the full range of motion, just wrap it around the anchor point above your head and fasten the straps into the loop.
- Training Extender - Gives you extra length and security when you want to attach your Suspension Trainer to high anchor points (eg high ceiling, basketball hoop) or thick vertical anchor points (eg large tree).
