The push up bars or handles are highly effective exercise tool for strengthening the upper part of the body (chest, triceps and shoulders). They offer a better alternative to the classic execution of push-ups, because they offer increased intensity and more comfort during workout, since there is no pressure on the wrists and palms. They allow us to do more repetitions than with the classical variant. In addition, the bars increase the range of motion of your push-up and therefore offer more challenge and help build muscles faster. The bars can be used differently, according to the goal – which muscle group we would like to exercise (chest, triceps, shoulders). If the bars are placed closer together, we perform a triceps exercise, but if we place them wider – in the shoulders line or wider, we also include shoulder muscles.
