Superband is a very versatile training tool that allows you to perform a wide range of exercises for different muscle groups. It is used in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, training for the development of muscular strength, endurance and intramuscular coordination. It is also one of the most popular tools for crossfit training.
You can easily integrate it into your current exercise program/training. You can use it to help you with your pull ups (pull ups and dips), dead lifts, bench thrust, different pull and thrust exercises, warm-up exercises, or for exercises in pairs. Superband is made of polyisoprene and can endure even the most intense training.
