Set of quality plastic dumbbells. They are suitable for use in fitness, gym, club or for home use. You can use them for different exercises for the upper part of the body: arms, forearms, shoulders, chest, trapezium and back muscles and the entire upper back. They can be also used in other exercises to increase the intensity and difficulty of the exercise. Dumbbells are coated with plastic for added durability and workout safety. The hexagon shape prevents the dumbbells to roll on the surface/floor.
