1. Burpees over step
2. Side to side step ups
3. Mountain climber
4. RDL/barbell row/clean/front squat/military press
5. Spider push ups
6. Rope jumping (high knees)
Try to do all exercises in 35 sec and finish them without taking any rest. When you finish 1 round, take 1,5 min of pause and repeat 5 times.
