Ingredients: 60% mineral complex (magnesium malate, calcium lactate, zinc gluconate, ferrous bisglycinate, manganese gluconate, cupric gluconate, sodium selenite, chromium picolinate, potassium iodide), 23% vitamin complex (L-ascorbic acid – vit. C, nicotinamide – niacin, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate – vit. E, calcium D-pantothenate – pantothenic acid, riboflavin – vit. B2, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, thiamin mononitrate – vit. B1, thiamin hydrochloride – vit. B1, retinyl acetate – vit. A, pteroylmonoglutamic acid – folate, D-biotin – biotin, cholecalciferol – vit. D, menaquinone (mainly MK-7) – vit. K, cyanocobalamin – vit. B12), bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule (gelatine, colour: E 171).

• The serving size is 2 capsules.

Do not use other vitamin and mineral preparations as well as other products containing zinc, vitamin A and B6 at the same time you are using this product.
