• The serving size is 1-2 capsules.
• Take 1–2 capsules per day. Always use on an empty stomach before meal or 30 minutes before any physical activity. Take with enough water. Take for 2–3 months and then have a break from using the product for 3 weeks. A maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not use before bedtime. WARNING: Contains caffeine (244 mg/2 caps) – not suitable for children, pregnant, or nursing women. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced nutrition. Keep out of reach of children!
