Endurance

In endurance sports, the most important thing to take care of is adequate hydration of the body and sufficient energy intake. It is also important not to forget to consume enough protein, which is a building unit of the muscles and therefore indispensable for the recovery of micro-injuries that occur during physical strain.

The combination of beta-alanine and l-arginine will increase muscle endurance during long-lasting and high-intensity trainings.

BETA ALANINE
an amino acid that takes part in the formation of carnosine in the body. Carnosine reduces acid build-up in the muscles that occurs during high intensity training, and thus prolongs the muscular endurance.
ARGININE
an amino acid involved in the formation of nitric oxide (NO), which allows a slight expansion of blood vessels and consequently a greater flow of blood and oxygen to the muscles.

Ensure adequate hydration and replacement of the electrolytes you lose by sweating. In case of a drop in energy, it is necessary to add carbohydrates in the form of a carbohydrate drinks, energy gels or energy bars.
